Associate Attorney The candidate will convert documents produced in the system for review and keep clients satisfied. Will prepare files for litigation and trials, communications with opposing parties, trial and hearings, negotiation of settlements, and various aspects of litigation. A JD degree from an accredited Law School is needed. Should have 2+ years of experience, including law clerk as an Associate Attorney. HOA experience is preferred. Must have excellent client relations and business development skills as related to the industry.
