Litigation Paralegal The candidate will have an undergraduate degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program with 3 years experience in North Carolina matters. Experience with South Carolina is a plus. This position requires the ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team while managing and prioritizing multiple complex projects. Good organizational, written and oral communications skills are needed for heavy client interaction. This position includes all aspects of litigation. Essential duties include: Trial preparation; Document drafting and editing; Motions; Discovery; File management.
