This New England based firm has a Washington DC post that is notable for its attorneys. Well connected and well credentialed, many these attorneys have held prestigious posts in the federal government. The Washington office remains very much a small, branch office, but has the foundation on which to grow.
Health Care Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of experience. Must have top academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and high personal standards of performance. Preferred candidates will have significant experience in diverse areas of health care practice, including, for example, corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, HIPAA, fraud and abuse law, physician contracting, and managed care. Knowledge of research law (human subjects protection, clinical trials contracting, biospecimen and data repositories, federal grant systems, FDA regulatory compliance, etc.) is a plus. Should be admitted to practice in Massachusetts or prepared to seek admission.
