Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN, I-140's and PERM applications. Duties also include compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence, and organizing and maintaining detailed client documentation. Should have 2-3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal filing employment-based petitions, but more experience is desirable and preferred. Experience filing petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and I-140 applications, PERM (EB-2, EB-3) applications, and AOS under employment-based category required. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, immigration case management software, and document management systems.
