Senior Personal Injury & Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties entail: Communicating with clients, health care providers, insurance adjusters, other attorneys, courts, police departments via telephone, email, and correspondence. Obtaining, indexing, filing, and transmitting medical records and bills, lost income documentation, and other documents supporting injury claims. Litigation support, including preparation of discovery, assisting trial lawyer with case preparation, deposition and trial exhibits and attendance at jury trials. Must be familiar with basics of car accident claims, e. g. PIP claims, property damage, dealing with liability and PIP claims adjusters, etc., from start to finish. Fluency in Spanish is required,.
