Litigation Attorney The candidates duties include: Concludes cases by bringing cases to settlement or trial; planning, organizing, and presenting arguments and counter-arguments. Maintains rapport with clients by making regular contact with clients; satisfying client needs. Prepares cases for litigation by preparing responsive pleadings; evaluating cases; completing discovery. Provides clients with legal advice by conducting and directing legal research; updating clients regarding case developments; explaining legal concepts to clients. Skills/Qualifications required: Strong research and writing skills, trial experience, deposition taking and file management skills are necessary. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience.
