Litigation Attorney - Sexual Abuse Survivors Advocate The candidate should possess a passion for representing victims of trauma in pursuing justice against those responsible for allowing it to happen. Experience in the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury matters is preferred, but attorneys with other applicable litigation experience, including in medical malpractice, mass torts, criminal prosecution, or insurance liability defense, may also be considered. Must ust be presently licensed to practice law in the State of California. Potential salary offers are commensurate with the applicant's level of applicable civil litigation experience.
