Attorney, Associate, Environmental Litigation The candidate' must have experience litigating matters concerning federal and state environmental laws, environmental enforcement actions, and contaminated properties. Will regularly serve clients across the country, ranging from individuals and closely held companies to large multi-national corporations. Should have should trong and effective analytical, writing, and overall communication skills are required (as this position includes a significant amount of direct client contact). Excellent academic credentials, as well as prior environmental experience and experience in one or more of the above focus areas are a must. A New York bar license is required.
