Healthcare Regulatory Staff Attorney The candidate should preferably have 3 years of experience, with five or more years of experience. Should have experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. In addition, experience with contracting in the healthcare industry, including healthcare information technology products and services, is strongly preferred. Must have an excellent academic record, high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
