Legal Secretary The candidate should have strong organizational, communication and computer skills; the ability to work in a team setting; and attention to detail. Will be maintenance of documents and calendars, typing correspondence, drafting legal documents, general office responsibilities and providing excellent customer service. Must have ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook). Should have experience with corporations, LLCs, estates and trusts. Must be able to successfully pass required background checks, including criminal.
