Paralegal The candidate will assist with the management of foreclosure litigation on behalf of a large mortgage service. Will be reviewing and approving pleadings, managing litigation timelines, developing case strategy, and working with outside counsel to resolve matters. Should have paralegal certificate and/or a Bachelor s degree with 2+ years of litigation experience. Mortgage, real estate or bankruptcy experience a plus.
