Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will handle probate and trust administration from inception to closing. Should have High school or equivalent. 2+ years of Estate Planning and/or Probate experience. Experience in Time Matters and HotDocs is a plus. Must have the ability to prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment. Able to work independently and effectively. Able to draft, revise, and e-file probate pleadings for Florida, and be familiar with Florida probate laws.
