Attorney - Data Privacy The candidate must have 3+ Years of legal Experience in a data privacy role. US JD and CIPP/US Certification is required. Must have experience with privacy and data security laws on a federal and state level, including experience with data Privacy, incident response, forensic investigations, cyber preparedness, and privacy policy drafting. Must have knowledge of the CCPA. Must have knowledge of Canadian, European Union and Asia's laws on data privacy is a plus. Strong academic credentials, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills required.
