Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft motions, pleadings, and handle discovery. Manage case files and information via internal databases and spreadsheets via Google Suite. Submit court documents, manage document portals, etc. Contact clients, experts, witnesses, medical providers, or insurance carriers. Organize, and file documents and evidence. Technical savvy/experience with Discord/Slack/Google suite is an asset. Must be a diligent self-starter able to work efficiently without continuous input. be capable of handling the various phases of a Personal Injury Litigation case from inception to close, with 3 years of personal injury-specific experience.
