Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and drafting discovery demands and responses, and other legal documents, as well as trial preparation. It will also include correspondence and communication with defense counsel, clients, and others, managing project timelines, and performing legal research. Must have a Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree. Should have 5+ years of experience. Experience in Plaintiff s Personal Injury matters required. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.
