Litigation Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will draft and file litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, demands, motions, memorandums). Interview and interact with witnesses. Patient and can guide clients through the litigation process. Attend and prepare for depositions, meditations, hearings and court appearances. Have excellent writing skills. Have trial experience. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, thorough, ethical, organized, able to travel between offices, versatile and highly motivated. State Bar of Arizona Number (Preferred).
