Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work directly with attorney on cases. Substantial interaction with clients. Should have 3+ years experience handling civil litigation (personal injury, med mal, and/or products liability). Must have working knowledge of the civ pro rules. Should have electronic filing knowledge. Preferences: bilingual (Spanish/English); paralegal certification, associates or BA/BS; experience with workers' compensation.
