Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation/Tax Associate Attorney The candidate's areas of focus will be executive compensation, nonqualified deferred compensation, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and employee benefits issues related to mergers and acquisitions and general income tax matters. Other areas of work would include qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and other broad-based employee benefits matters. Should preferably have 1-3 years of law firm experience working in the employee benefits and executive compensation and tax areas. A recent law school graduate with a demonstrated interest in employee benefits and tax will also be considered. Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, writing, and drafting skills.
