Attorney The candidate must have 1+ year of experience with admission to Colorado State Bar. Experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs is required. Should be skilled in: addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from motions to dismiss, summary judgment and pre-trial motions; briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions; and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Experience with trials, taking and defending depositions is needed. Attendance of hearings are preferred. District Court, and/or law school law review experience is also preferred.
