Employment Law Attorney The candidate should have in-depth, broad-based experience in advising clients and drafting documents relating to employment agreements, handbooks, confidentiality agreements, noncompetes, and generally advising employers on employment issues. Should have complex litigation experience with deep knowledge of civil procedure law along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated motivation. Active Virginia Bar membership is required.
