Proficient in drafting written discovery, Disclosure Statements, Joint Reports, correspondence, and the like. Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondence and pleadings timely. Manage deadlines and coordinate meetings/depositions. Assist attorneys with research Trial preparation. Source and retain experts. Other responsibilities as needed and assigned. Should have 5 + years of personal injury experience. Must have experience using case management software; Needles a plus.
