Paralegal - Immigration Responsibilities: Prepare forms and correspondence. Write detailed and complex supporting argumentation. Work closely with clients to gather and organize supporting documentation, and case administration. Prepare filings for relevant federal and state agencies. Conduct research on immigration law and procedures. Prepare draft correspondence and memoranda. Track the status of filings and inform the client and attorney of any follow up that may be necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a field emphasizing writing or communication preferred. Should have 1-2 years of immigration experience including 1 year of processing waivers and filing motions in Immigration Court. Superior writing/editing skills for complex support letters. Must exhibit well-developed interpersonal and client relation skills. Exhibits strong oral and written communication skills. Strong skills with MS Office and expertise with computer-assisted legal resources required. Fluently speak Spanish. Must be highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple high-volume priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization.
