Litigation Attorney The candidate must be an active member in good standing with the California Bar. Must possess 2 years of civil litigation experience and knowledge of lemon law. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently. Must have a high level of organization, detail orientation, and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines. Demonstrate good judgment, strong critical thinking skills, and the desire and willingness to take ownership and control of projects. Should have experience drafting discovery, pleadings, and a variety of motions; have excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills; have excellent client relations and interpersonal skills.
