Tax & Wealth Planning Paralegal The candidate will managing a variety of Probate Division cases, including probate cases, trust petitions, and occasional guardianship and conservatorship matters, from start to finish. Calendaring cases and advise attorneys of upcoming deadlines. Handling post-mortem administration issues, including required notices, real estate filings, etc. Handling occasional trust & will drafting as needed. Must have 3 years of experience to join its tax and wealth planning group. This position will support our large and diverse group of estate planning attorneys who handle all facets of trust and estate planning and administration. Experience should be directly related to wealth planning with emphasis on trust and probate administration and drafting. Peer law firm experience is preferred.
