Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: legal research; motion practice; court appearances; discovery; depositions; contract review; contract drafting; lien drafting and filings; negotiations; attending networking events; drafting articles; and business development strategies. Will be trained in all aspects of construction law including, litigation, contract drafting and review, lien filings, project delays, public projects, and more. Attend CLEs to increase knowledge and make sure that they understand the law in these areas. Must be a bilingual attorney with 1-2 years of experience in construction law, commercial litigation and/or personal injury law. This experience could have been gained as a solo attorney or in a law firm. Should have a strong desire to grow in the areas of construction law. Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.
