Immigration Attorney The candidate will conduct legal consultations and determine eligibility for immigration benefits. Prepare and file cases for individuals in removal proceedings, both in the detained and non-detained context. Representation will be provided in San Diego, Imperial counties, and Los Angeles. Occasionally firm represents clients in Arizona, Washington, New Mexico, and Texas. Must have the ability to draft declarations, legal briefs, motions and pleadings. Additional responsibilities may include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Must have 2+ years of experience.
