Trademark Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of law firm trademark prosecution and litigation experience, both foreign and domestic. Duties include, but are not limited to, handling trademark searches; prosecution and maintenance; filing and preparing applications, registrations, and assignments; client communication; monitor and investigate possible infringements; and update all files and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with trademark records database (preferably Anaqua) and USPTO on-line filing procedures required. Must have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifying work experience; certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program helpful.
