Family Law Attorney The candidate responsibilities Include the Following: Working in a relaxed and productive atmosphere; Communicating with clients via telephone, email and face to face; Attorney Client consultations; Researching and drafting pleadings (JDR & Circuit Court); Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client; Representing clients during uncontested and contested divorces and custody matters; Generate new business; Work as a member of a team to accomplish firm-wide goals. Must be licensed to practice in Virginia. Should have 1 year of experiencein Family Law, Divorce, Child Support, Custody, etc. Criminal Law experience is an added plus.
