Associate Attorney The candidate will meet and prepare clients for immigration court, attend immigration court, review and prepare immigration court-related applications and documents including adjustment of status, family petition, asylum, cancellation of removal, briefs, memorandums, motions, and appeals. Should have the License to practice law in the State of NY. Must have Immigration court experience of 1 year. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
