Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be participating in client data mapping discussions for document collections; conducting factual research, including witness interviews. Drafting written discovery, preparing document productions and analyzing received productions. Creating and maintaining e-discovery databases, creating issue tags, conducting searches and running reports. Legal project management, coordination of insurance billing deadlines and requirements. Preparation of exhibits for depositions, hearings, motions and trials. Attending trials. Should have 5+ years of litigation experience. Must be detail oriented, able to handle a busy and diverse workload, and work independently, with strong communication skills. Electronic discovery experience and an understanding of legal privileges are a must. Proficiency in Ringtail, Relativity, and Excel, and knowledge of Opus2 and Trial Director are a plus.
