Foreclosure Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support the Foreclosure department of the firm. Will monitor court dockets and schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations. Will draft routine legal documents for attorney's review, e.g. mortgage foreclosure complaint packages (including LPs, summons, value sheets, cover sheets), amended complaint packages, judgements, exhibit lists, interrogatories and responses to interrogatories, subpoenas, legal documents related to the judicial sale, etc. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the foreclosure litigation. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and be able to maintain a consistently high standard of service to corporate clients. Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and set priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience with title reports, service of process, contested litigation and sales related to foreclosure litigation. Must be experienced with Florida clerk of court schedules and procedures. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience formatting of the documents in Word, using Outlook and Excel is required. Exemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong client service skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. United States work authorization is required.
