Associate Attorney, Family Law The candidate will draft motions, responses, declarations, financial disclosures, correspondence, agreements and other family law documents. Propound and respond to written discovery. Make various family law court appearances, Assist with trial preparation, Client management. Should have 1+ year of full time family law experience (preferably, but will consider new admits). Should be member in good standing of California State Bar, Experience with tracking billable time. Ability to handle assigned caseload and interact with clients, High level writing capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to make various family law court appearances.
