Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, and research. Perform any and all other duties as necessary for the efficient functioning of the department, office, and firm. Practices and fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of substantive litigation experience. A 2 year degree or/and 3 to 10 years of experience is critical. Must be experienced, well-organized, and independent. E-filing experience in state and federal courts is essential. Must have comprehensive knowledge of case management and doc review. Should have Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and strong organizational skills are needed. Ability to work independently with minimal direction is necessary. Must be able to work directly with partners, associates, and clients. Ability to delegate tasks and engage firm resources in the completion of large projects is essential. Effective written and oral communication skills are needed with ability to think critically and analytically in a dynamic environment. Must have ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of NetDocs or another document management system is required.
