Patent Practitioners - Attorney The candidate will perform functions related to patent prosecution, patent portfolio management and strategy, and provide assistance with post-grant work. Portable business is a plus. Should have electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering candidates should have at least a bachelors degree. Should be Biology and Chemistry candidates should have a PhD or equivalent. Should be registered to practice before the USPTO. Should have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
