Bilingual (Spanish) Immigration Paralegal The candidate will fill out different immigration applications. Draft letters, memos, briefs, and other legal documents. Prepare files for the attorneys review. Compile files and make copies ready for shipping. File different documents with USCIS, Immigration courts, DOJ, and others. Communicate with clients regarding supporting documents and other case requirements. Monitor clients upcoming cases and deadlines. Should have excellent English and Spanish writing and communication skills. 1 year of experience in the field of immigration law with EOIR, USCIS, or business immigration is required. Proficiency in office technology, data management, and computer skills (Printing, Scanning, Email, Microsoft Office, google business...) is required.
