Intellectual Property Associate Attorney The candidates should possess excellent academic credentials; the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding client service skills. Admission to the Michigan bar is preferred, but not required, as candidates admitted to practice in other jurisdictions will also be considered. Should have 2-3 years of legal practice experience in a law firm setting. Strong experience is required in trademark protection and enforcement, as well as M&A IP due diligence work, patents and copyrights. Background in/familiarity with IP licensing and franchising is relevant, but is not required for consideration.
