Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in immigration law cases. Currently, our caseload is primarily comprised of employment based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, with a high percentage of our cases being H-2B visa petitions for clients across the country. Attorney will be working primarily on H-2B visas petitions and audits. may represent clients in other areas of immigration law, including family-based cases, naturalization, and applications for PERM. Should be a Spanish Bilingual. Must be admitted to the bar of any state and in good standing- OR a recent law grad awaiting bar results. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to handle a high volume caseload and have the skills required to manage the caseload, identify priorities, and ensure that the all steps in the cases are completed in a timely fashion. Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. At least one year of experience in Immigration Law preferred. Experience with H-2B Visas or PERM petitions preferred.
