Business Immigration Paralegal Duties: Preparation of petitions, with a specific focus on H-1B, L 1A/B, TN, O-1, E-2, PERM, AOS and I-140. Perform client intake, confer with attorneys to develop case strategy, and offer client support including updating and managing status reports with employer clients. Candidate should have 2+ years of business immigration (employment-based, H, L, TN, PERM, etc.) experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding organizational and time management skills, and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment. Experience with a case management software highly desired.
