Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate must have 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury work. Must have experience with handling 100 cases in presuit work including calling clients, handling PIP, PD, BI, and slip and falls/trip falls, EUO, conference calls, liens, settlement statements, calendaring, filing. Must have good with speaking with opposing insurance company, and client communication. Must have ability to prepare files to open cases and intake. Computer skills required. Bilingual preferred.
