Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft pleadings and motions and file them with the court. Work with attorneys to prepare and respond to discovery. Maintain pleadings and discovery files. Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices. Help with voir dire, jury selection and witnesses preparation. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc.). Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal for an insurance defense firm required. Strong Communication Skills required. Organization Skills required. Computer Literacy required. Experienced Litigation Paralegal to join team. Experience with Construction Defect and General Liability insurance defense is a plus. Should have proven track record of success and clients satisfaction speaks for itself.
