Litigation Law Paralegal The candidate Should have 6 years experience in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Transactional, Probate, Real Estate and Corporate experience. Must have ability to draft pleadings, orders, and discovery, prepare exhibits and witness preparation. Knowledge of e-filing using Westlaw Form Builder Software, Microsoft Office, Timeslips, and Lexis Advance is required. Must be able to keep track of deadlines and manage attorneys calendar. Experience in Trial/Mediation/Deposition preparation is required. Should have knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Texas Civil Practice and Remedy Code, and Texas Family Code.
