Associate Attorney - Litigation Candidate must be good standing with the Florida Bar, with 3+ years of experience in all aspects of Federal and Florida State Court litigation. Should be able to handle a significant volume of cases and be able to multi-task, as needed. Attendance at hearings, depositions and inspections will eventually be required. Good working knowledge of litigation. Proficient drafting legal documents, including Complaints, Discovery Documents, Motions and Responses. Westlaw (and other) researching skills. Familiarity with judicial procedures in Southern and Middle District Federal Courts, as well as Dade, and Broward County Courts. Ability to handle complex litigation matters. Must be willing to work long hours to complete assignments. Must be able to handle a substantial workload. Have the drive to learn the practice of law and litigation Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful.
