Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate must have paralegal certificate, 3-4 years litigation experience with strong construction law experience and preferably personal injury/medical review skills. Must have thorough knowledge or familiarity with Oregon and Washington state court rules; experience in background investigation, document review, and file organization. Working knowledge of computer software including IPRO Eclipse SE, ProLaw, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Deadline : June 30 2018.
