Claims Adjuster/Paralegal Candidate will have direct client contact on a daily basis. Must have regularly request medical records and bills, review and summarize medical records. Paralegal certificate or degree; and Bachelor s degree in related field are preferred. Should have experience in automobile injury claims practices in Massachusetts. Prior experience as a paralegal on personal injury claims. Experience on Automobile accident claims a plus. Potential experience as a claims adjuster/evaluating claims. Experience dealing with insurance companies. Must be customer service oriented, highly motivated, and have strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment. Must be a highly organized individual in order to maintain and organize case files. Must have the ability to perform research with limited direction. Must have excellent communication skills and project confidence. Ability to work independently and multi-task is a plus. Knowledgeable in Salesforce a plus.
