Patent Attorney/Technical Advisor Candidate will assist with writing and prosecuting patent applications. Will have: BS, MS or Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, and 2+ years of experience where primary responsibility was the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical arts. OR BS or higher degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, preferably a Ph.D., and 2+ years preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the industrial chemical, polymer, petroleum, pharmaceutical, or other chemical arts. Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; A professional attitude and superior work ethic; Ability to work well as part of a team and individually.
