Paralegal or Legal Assistant The candidate will be expected to provide administrative support including typing and filing legal documents and correspondence. Will be responsible for the coordination of all case details including calendaring and deadlines, organizing case files, maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes, Bill of Particulars, organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices. In addition be expected to aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, gather information and liase between the attorneys, clients and a variety of sources. Must have experience in both New Jersey and New York. Must have strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail. Must have applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, litigation documentation, court rules, procedures and practices.
