Corporate Staff Attorney, Mergers and Acquistions The candidate will be taking a thoughtful and analytical approach with a high attention to detail to: Drafting, reviewing and revising various transactional documents (including NDAs). Assisting on due diligence projects for M&A and private equity transactions. Identifying and relaying issues to senior attorneys for resolution. Engaging in a collaborative and enthusiastic manner to: Communicate and interact with clients, partners, counsel, associates and staff. Develop practice area expertise, assist with knowledge management and business development efforts and participate in training sessions. Must have J.D. from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the New York State Bar. Should have 2 year's work experience in a corporate law environment.
