Elder Law Paralegal The candidate will be working exclusively in the fields of estate planning and elder law. Will be Managing & Executing Legal Estate Plans. Facilitating Benefit Applications Start to Finish/Approval (Medicaid, PASSPORT & Veteran s Programs). Client Process Management Meetings/Drafting/Client & Internal Communication. Must have previous elder law experience is a plus. Should have great Accountability, Communication & Self-Management Skills. High aptitude for technology (we use custom computer software, in addition to the full Microsoft Office Suite).
