Legal Receptionist / Legal Secretary The candidate will welcome clients with warm greetings. Heavy Phones & Dispatch. Take detailed, informative messages and provide to the appropriate person. Mail Distribution. Maintaining Client Databases: Files/Templates. Calendaring and Scheduling Meetings/ Managing Conference Rooms. Provide administrative support to attorney and case managers. Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, faxing, data entry, making copies and scanning. Contact vendors as needed. Process policies and invoices. Maintain and organizes office supply inventory. Process and fulfill office equipment requests. Keep lobby area neat and appealing at all times the office organized/clean. Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line switchboard. Willing to learn and evolve, Must be independent, smart, have a good working attitude and personality.
