Personal Injury Trial Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Assist with telephone, in-person intake and sign up of potential new clients. Filing lawsuits, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, preparing clients and presenting them for depositions. Manage a litigation docket of between 50 to 75 cases. Excellent legal research, written and verbal communication skills. Willing to try at least 3 cases per year with firm co-counsel. Must have demonstrated negotiation experience. Must have Juris Doctor degree (i.e. JD). Must be Texas State Bar licensed. Should have 2+ years of Plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience. Litigation experience required. Must have solid knowledge of Texas civil procedure and personal injury law. Personal injury litigation experience preferred. 1st chair trial experience desired. Experience with Needles case management software a plus. Federal Court experience an advantage.
